Start a Return

To begin your return, email us at support@blueskymerchants.net with the following information:

  • Order number (e.g., #1234)
  • Email address used at checkout
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (required if item is damaged or incorrect)

We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Do not send items back without prior authorization — they will not be accepted.

Full Return Policy

Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached and in original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

The following items are not eligible for return: sale items, gift cards, custom or personalized products, and items marked as final sale on the product page.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Allow additional time for your bank to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@blueskymerchants.net.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Contact us at support@blueskymerchants.net with photos of the issue. For all other exchanges, return the item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll resolve it quickly.

International Returns

Return shipping times vary by location. Customs fees or import duties are non-refundable. We recommend trackable shipping.

EU Customers

If shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in its original condition with tags and packaging.
